How to Make it

    Thyme Infusion (Adults)

    Use 1 level teaspoon of dried or fresh thyme per 3/4 cup (150 ml) boiling water. Steep 5–10 minutes, strain, drink 1 1/4–1 2/3 cups (300–450 ml) per day.

    Thyme Infusion (Children)

    Prepare with 1 level teaspoon of thyme in 3/4 cup (150 ml) boiling water. Steep, strain, cool slightly, and give 2/3–1 cup (150–230 ml) over the day. For infants under 6 months, the mother may take the infusion if breastfeeding.
