    Mixed Tincture Preparation

    How to make the tincture from different herbs and mix them together in the correct amounts.

    1. Make separate tinctures from each herb (Hypericum, Aralia berries, Licorice root, Oplopanax, and Panax quinquefolium)
    2. Use fresh plant material when possible for better results
    3. Mix the tinctures in this order: 6 parts Hypericum, 5 parts Aralia berries, 4 parts Licorice root, 2 parts Oplopanax, and 1 part Panax quinquefolium
    4. Store the mixed tincture in dark glass bottle
    5. Keep in cool, dark place away from light

  • -Devil's club (Oplopanax) is very strong - use only the dose that your doctor say.
