    How to prepare the detox juice

    1. Choose one apple (any variety). Wash thoroughly and cut into pieces.
    2. Take one medium raw beetroot with the skin. Wash and cut into chunks. Optionally, separate the stalks for another use.
    3. Wash and cut two cucumbers into pieces.
    4. Peel and cut a small piece of ginger.
    5. Squeeze juice from two lemons.
    6. Place the cut apple, beetroot, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice into a blender.
    7. Add a little water to help blend. Blend until smooth.
    8. If you prefer, add one teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
    9. Strain (optional) for a smoother texture.
